How to Add Additional Users In the Nexx App
Overview
In this
article you will learn how to add additional users to access your Nexx
Gate. This can be useful if you'd like to give someone access to your
gate opener without giving them a remote or keypad code. Up to 9
additional users can be added. Additional users can have restrictions
placed on when they're able to open the gate, what features they can
use, and if they need to be near the gate to operate it.
The person being added needs to already have the Nexx app installed and a Nexx account set up.
What You Need
- Email address of the additional user's Nexx account
Procedure
Open Device Settings
Open Share Control
Select Share Device with New User
Enter the Additional User's Information and Access Restrictions
After
filling this information in, select save at the top right of your
screen. The user you've added should now have your gate on their Nexx
app. You can toggle this access on and off from the "Share Access"
screen by tapping on the slider.
